While the hugely popular SXSW festival and conference was going down last month, Robert Rodriguez (with home field advantage) popped the cork on a bunch of things he is lining up for this year (thanks to Rama for the heads up). Robert is not only lining up a few movies and a TV program, but also a new production company, animated features and a partnership with chip-maker AMD.

It’s been a bit quiet recently, but that’s only fake silence. There have been some new posters for Predators, which look like nothing special, but it’s nevertheless cool to see some different spins on poster design (click here). We couldn’t wait to see this. And now it is here and it is pretty awesome. This might truly reignite the predator fever among the fan crowd. The Predators trailer is up online at IGN in decent glory and you should absolutely check it out (in high quality if you can).
